El Tucan, located at 133 Main St. in Hackettstown, celebrated its grand opening Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The eatery’s menu consists of quintessential Costa Rican classics like fried plantains, empanadas, nachos, birria, beans and rice and much more.
El Tucan also dishes up sweet treats and desserts including arroz con leche, brownies with ice cream, cupcakes and cakes that can be customized for special occasions.
